Here's how to check where your order is.
1. Use the tracking link
When your order ships, we send you a tracking link by SMS, WhatsApp or email. Open it to see the latest status from the courier.
2. Check your account
If you placed your order with your email address, you can sign in to your account to see your orders and their status.
3. Ask us
Didn't get a tracking link, or the status hasn't changed for a few days? Contact us with your order number or the phone number you ordered with, and we'll check for you.

Good to know
- Orders usually ship within 1–3 working days and arrive within 3–6 working days of being placed.
- Keep your phone reachable. The courier may call before delivering.
- Tracking can take up to 24 hours to update after the parcel is handed to the courier.
